Dr. Abdu Bulama
Chairman.
Dr. Abdu Bulama graduated from the famous Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry Subsidiary (1978). He proceeded to obtain a Doctorate Degree in Polymer Science and Tech from The University of Liverpool (1984). He is a Graduate Member, Royal Society of Chemistry; Fellow of Grays International College of Science Management and Information Technology; Fellow of Chemical Society of Nigeria (FSCN); Member, Institute of Chartered Chemistry of Nigeria (ICCON).
He contributed in no small measure to educational development within and beyond the shores of Nigeria. He served on several school Boards, delivered speeches and academic papers in seminars, workshops and symposiums; he taught and lectured in several tertiary institutions. He held key positions including Head of Department of Science Technology in Ramat Polytechnic, Maiduguri (1985-1988); Provost, Federal
College of Education (Technical), Potiskum (1988-1992); Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa State (1992-2000).
Other notable positions/responsibilities Dr. Abdu Bulama held included: Sole Administrator, Gujba LGA, Borno State (Oct. 1987 – Jan. 1988); Resident Electoral Commissioner to Bauchi, Zamfara, Borno, FCT, Enugu and Adamawa States (between 2002 and 2010); Member, National Conference (April – July, 2014); Hon. Minister, Federal Ministry of Science and Technology (July 2014 – May 2015).
Given his vast experience, Dr. Abdu Bulama is well equipped for driving mutually beneficial human and organizational relationship.
Mr. Reuben Kehinde Anjorin
Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO)
Mr. Reuben Anjorin is an insurance graduate (1999) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) in 2009 and has been a fellow of the Associate Chartered Insurance Institution of Nigeria (AIIN) since 1998. He worked in the education sector as class teacher (1974 – 1988) where his profound commitment and dedication to his duties won him the admiration of his students and colleagues.
In pursuance of his interest and desire to work in the insurance industry, he held the position of Principal Clerical Officer with The Lion of Africa Insurance Co. Ltd. in Lagos (1992 – 1998) with utmost responsibility. He was also the Head of commercial property underwriting unit, Control Office (Oshodi-Lagos) and that of Lagos Branch Underwriting (Marina, Lagos). His outstanding performance earned him the position of Manager with another insurance company, Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Plc. (1992 – 2019). Among several other responsibilities he carried out included: preparation of policy Documents and servicing of Fire, Motor and Accident Non-motor Business;
Preparation of Reinsurance Slip and Placement of Offer; Preparation of Claim Experience, Claim Administration; Rating/Quotation of General Business (Fire, Motor and Accident Non-motor) and so on. Mr. Reuben’s expertise and wealth of diverse experiences are surely necessary boosts to attaining the aspiration of any well-intentioned organization.
Mrs. Davies Olaoye Sandra
Executive Director, Operations
Mrs. Davies Olaoye Sandra is an insurance graduate from the Imo State University. She started her working experience with Kapex Insurance Brokers Ltd as marketer (2006) before joining GRS Insurance Brokers Ltd. (2007) as well as Transrisk Insurance Brokers Ltd. (2007 – 2010) where she held the position of Branch Head to oversee both public and private sector transactions.
Thereafter, she left the industry to join Mcsond Nigeria Ltd. as Executive Director (Operation) to commence operation, growth and business development, particularly with Dangote Cement Company. She has successfully grown the relationship covering four (4) states of the federation as one of the main distributorship outlets for the Dangote Company.
Today, as the Executive Director Operation for the Group, Mrs. Davies Olaoye Sandra’s extensive experience in Contact Management has made her one of the best to rely on.
Mr. Ibrahim Baba Sheu
Executive Director, Corporate Services/Public Se
Mr. Ibrahim Babashiru holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (1st Class) in Construction Management (2007) and a Master’s Degree (Merit) in Management of Projects (2008); both qualifications obtained from the University of Manchester, U.K. He worked for Arfo Construction Company Nigeria Ltd. as Trainee Project Manager (2005 – 2008) where he developed profound knowledge in understanding of the business climate and managerial proficiency.
He proceeded to work for Rolls-Royce Derby Plc, United Kingdom as a Risk Management Consultant (2009 – 2010). Taking up the position of Project Manager of the Corporate Risk Integrated Project Tim (IPT), he displayed uncommon understanding in handling risk management matters at various levels in the organization. He formulated and facilitated risk management programmes that enhanced individual and organizational productivity. His wide range of engagements with relevant stakeholders and partners helped him to develop and deploy strategies which he incorporated into Rolls- Royce Risk Management practices.
Mr. Ibrahim Babashiru is currently the Managing Director of IBS Infrastructure Ltd., an organization he joined since 2012. He has worked with government officials, government institutions at both the national and sub-national levels and the private sector in delivering various infrastructure/construction projects such as aircraft hangers, housing estates etc. He is actively involved in the corporate duties associated with running a goal driven global infrastructure organization. His commitment, hard work and continuous quest for excellence are sure attributes for any organization that seeks effective and efficient service delivery.
Lawrence Ekuguem
Executive Director, Marketing
Mr. Lawrence Ekuguem is an expert in management, security intelligence and operations. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication (2015) from Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He also holds a Higher Diploma in Security and Intelligence Management (2007) from Savanna Polytechnic and a Diploma in Law (2004) from Kaduna Polytechnic. He is a fellow of the Institute of Disaster Management and Safety Science.
In order to build and enhance his security proficiency, Mr. Lawrence undertook several professional courses such as Maritime and Port Security from the International Management Institute, Galilee (2019); Basic Intelligence Management Course (2018), Officers Basic Course (2014) and Protective Security Course (2009) from the State Service Academy, Lagos.
He served as Security Detail in several offices that included: Department of State Security Service, Lagos (1988 – 1990), Office of the Head of State of Nigeria (1990 – 1999), Office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1999 – 2000), Office of the Executive Governor of Kaduna State (2000 – 2007) and Office of the Executive Governor of Rivers State (2011 – 2015). As Security Detail, he assisted the Chief Security Officer in the supervision and management of other Details, managed crisis and engaged in surveillance, access control, investigation and security intelligence.
